1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or using any services provided by smjil (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all referenced policies, rules, and guidelines.

If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account or engaging in any gaming activities. Your continued use of smjil following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the complete agreement between you and smjil regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

1.1 Legal Capacity and Age Requirements

You represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. smjil strictly prohibits access to and use of the Platform by individuals under the age of twenty-one (21). By registering an account, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

smjil reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts, void bets, and withhold withdrawals pending verification of age. False representation of age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

1.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and that you are not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction from participating in online gaming activities. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of smjil complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires additional licensing may have their accounts suspended or terminated, and funds may be withheld pending resolution of legal status. smjil operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and primarily serves the Philippine market.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation Requirements

To access gaming services on smjil, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to provide your legal name, valid email address, telephone number, date of birth, residential address, and such other information as we may reasonably require for verification purposes.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with smjil. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. smjil employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets placed through duplicate accounts, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts.

You acknowledge that all information provided during registration is subject to verification and that smjil may request supporting documentation including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and proof of source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 Account Security and Access Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account. Any activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, are your sole responsibility.

You agree to immediately notify smjil of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. smjil shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification of such unauthorized use, provided that smjil has not been negligent in maintaining the security of the Platform.

smjil strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. While not mandatory, enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access and may expedite withdrawal processing for verified accounts.

2.3 Account Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures

As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and fraud prevention, smjil implements comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You agree to provide such documentation and information as we may request to verify your identity, age, residential address, payment methods, and source of funds.

Verification documentation typically includes government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and payment method verification (photograph of credit/debit card or screenshot of e-wallet account).

smjil reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for accounts exhibiting high-volume transactions, irregular betting patterns, or other indicators that trigger our compliance protocols. Failure to comply with verification requests within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending completion of verification.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

smjil accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and such other methods as we may designate from time to time. All deposits are credited in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

Deposits made through electronic payment methods (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed instantly, while bank transfers may require one (1) to three (3) business days for processing and verification. smjil does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are beyond our control.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your smjil account are from legitimate sources, belong to you, and are not derived from illegal activities. smjil reserves the right to refuse deposits from third parties and to return deposits made from accounts not registered in your name.

3.2 Withdrawal Policies and Procedures

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of account verification, fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements are mutually agreed upon for legitimate reasons.

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your account status, with standard accounts permitted to withdraw up to PHP 100,000 per transaction and PHP 500,000 per month, while VIP accounts enjoy higher limits as specified in the VIP program terms.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts requesting withdrawals to GCash or PayMaya typically receive funds within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during business hours, while bank transfers may require one (1) to five (5) business days. Unverified accounts or accounts requiring enhanced due diligence may experience longer processing times.

smjil reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or accounts showing suspicious activity. We also reserve the right to reverse withdrawals if fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities are suspected.

3.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All financial transactions on smjil are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a currency other than PHP, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider or our payment processor, which may include a currency conversion fee.

Exchange rates are determined by third-party payment processors and are subject to market fluctuations. smjil is not responsible for exchange rate variations or currency conversion fees charged by payment providers.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

smjil maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. We employ transaction monitoring systems to detect suspicious activities and maintain records of all transactions as required by law.

You agree that smjil may freeze your account, withhold withdrawals, and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities if we suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal activities. Accounts identified in connection with such activities will be immediately terminated and funds may be confiscated pending investigation by authorities.

smjil requires that funds deposited be subjected to reasonable turnover (typically 1x the deposit amount) before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used as a money transmission service. Attempts to circumvent this requirement may result in account closure and fund confiscation.

4. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Game Outcomes

4.1 Game Fairness and Random Number Generators (RNG)

All games offered on smjil utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness by accredited third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by smjil, the User, or any third party.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are published within the game information section.

4.2 Betting Limits and Responsible Gaming

In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds, pricing mistakes, or technical glitches), smjil reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to your account.

Bets on casino games settle immediately upon conclusion of the game round. For sports betting products (where offered), settlement occurs according to official results from the respective sports governing bodies. smjil's decision regarding bet settlement is final except in cases of obvious error.

If you wish to dispute a bet outcome, you must contact customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes filed after this period will not be considered. smjil will investigate all legitimate disputes and provide a response within thirty (30) days. Our decision following investigation is final and binding.

4.4 Irregular Play and Prohibited Activities

smjil prohibits the following activities, which constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or coordinating betting patterns
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or advantage play across multiple platforms
• Abusing bonuses through irregular play patterns or bonus hunting
• Conducting fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to conceal location or identity
• Any other activity that smjil determines, in its sole discretion, to be irregular, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of fair play

Users found engaging in prohibited activities will have their accounts immediately suspended or terminated, all bets voided, and all funds (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses) confiscated. smjil reserves the right to report fraudulent activities to relevant authorities and to pursue legal action for damages.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

5.1 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

smjil offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each promotional offer and which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds or associated winnings must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable cash. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirement must be wagered PHP 30,000 before winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games (such as live dealer games) may contribute 0% or be excluded from bonus play entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in each bonus's terms and conditions.

Bonuses are subject to maximum bet restrictions while wagering requirements are active. Exceeding maximum bet limits (typically PHP 100-200 per spin/hand) while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet specified criteria which may include account verification status, minimum deposit amount, previous bonus history, and jurisdiction. Each player is entitled to one (1) welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

smjil reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or confiscate bonuses at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect bonus abuse, multiple account creation, or other violations of these Terms. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts, or using irregular play patterns designed specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.

smjil operates a tiered VIP program offering exclusive benefits to loyal players including higher withdrawal limits, faster withdrawal processing, dedicated account managers, exclusive bonuses, cashback rewards, and invitations to special events. VIP tier status is determined by cumulative wagering volume and is subject to periodic review.

VIP status and associated benefits are discretionary and may be modified or revoked at smjil's sole discretion. Benefits, tier requirements, and other VIP program terms are subject to change with reasonable notice to affected members.

6. Intellectual Property and License

6.1 Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the smjil platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilation thereof (collectively, "Content") is the property of smjil or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The smjil name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of smjil or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

6.2 Limited License to Use Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, smjil grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercial use of the Platform or Content; (b) collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) derivative use of the Platform or Content; (d) downloading or copying of account information; or (e) use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content on the Platform except as necessarily permitted for your personal use. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of smjil without express written consent.

6.3 Prohibited Uses of Platform

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair smjil's servers or networks
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any systems or networks connected to the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or servers or networks used to make the Platform available
• Use the Platform to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature
• Use the Platform to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Platform Availability and Technical Issues

While smjil strives to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, server failures, network problems, or circumstances beyond our control.

smjil shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, server downtime, network interruptions, or other technical issues. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, smjil reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to affected accounts.

7.2 No Warranty

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, GAMES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMJIL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

smjil does not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, that operation of the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume all responsibility for costs associated with necessary servicing, repair, or correction resulting from your use of the Platform.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SMJIL, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF SMJIL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, smjil's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In no event shall smjil's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited to your smjil account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless smjil, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your smjil account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal according to standard withdrawal procedures. Account closure is typically processed within seven (7) business days of request.

8.2 Termination by smjil

smjil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) providing false or misleading information; (c) engaging in fraudulent activities; (d) abusing bonuses or promotions; (e) creating multiple accounts; (f) failure to complete account verification; (g) suspicious betting patterns; or (h) any other reason we deem, in our sole discretion, to warrant termination.

Upon termination for cause, smjil reserves the right to void all bets, confiscate all funds (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses), and report fraudulent activities to relevant authorities. You acknowledge that smjil's decision to terminate an account is final and binding.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, whether voluntary or involuntary, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. You must immediately cease all use of the Platform and shall not attempt to access the Platform or create new accounts. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions regarding ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

9. General Provisions

9.1 Amendments to Terms

smjil reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified via email, platform notification, or prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

9.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

9.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. smjil may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations hereunder without restriction or your consent.

9.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and smjil regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

9.6 No Waiver

No waiver by smjil of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by smjil to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
